Sicario

Emily Blunt plays Kate, an FBI agent assigned to an elite force sent to combat the drug war in Mexico.  The film opens with a raid of a house in Arizona that ends with an explosive conclusion. We then meet Matt Graver (Josh Brolin) who is in charge of a group trying to infiltrate a drug cartel. She also meets Alejandro (Del Toro) who works for the same group, but comes off shady as all hell. Kate never is sure who she can trust and she is left in the dark for a reason. All three leads are wonderful. This is a tense, gritty film that I highly enjoyed.
