As podcast listeners you are, no doubt, fans of voice. The voice alone can be just as nuanced as subtle or bombastic and explosive as any physical performance. Animation in particular relies on great voice performances to be effective, but latel9y with huge advances of on screen graphics and CGI the voice performance has been called on more than ever to carry a character. As the line between animation and live action continues to be skewed there will no doubt be more and more demand for talented voice actors. This week on CinemaJaw we take a look at our favorite Voice Performances, and discover that this is a topic that we may have to revisit for the reasons stated above!

Joining us is someone who knows voice actingElliott Bambrough can be seen hosting alongside Brittney Payton, on the Emmy award-winning weekly food series ‘Chicago’s Best’ on WGN TV and CLTV. Speaking of Emmys, for three consecutive years (2014-2016) Elliott was awarded the Emmy for Outstanding Achievement for On-Camera Talent – Program Host/Moderator for his work on Chicago’s Best. Not to mention, Elliot has continued to expand his repertoire, by hosting countless projects including lifestyle, food, travel, music, game shows, and movie review shows. He has appeared in and voiced numerous commercials, international projects, and various animated series. So like I said, Elliot knows Voice work, plus he is a huge movie nut to boot! It’s an honor and a blast to have him on CinemaJaw!!

So sit back and let the voices fill your mind. Enjoy!
