It’s a bird! It’s a plane!! It’s… the same damn joke I wrote for James Gunn’s Superman film last year??
Well, what can I say? Superhero CinemaJaw blog post fatigue is the new Superhero film fatigue. How’s about this you guys – I promise to make it up to you all with a kick ass guest this week for our review of Supergirl – the newest James Gunn-o-verse DCU flick.
We have the one; the ONLY Matt Kubinski on as our guest critic this week! None other than CinemaJaw’s actual best friend Matt K is back to cover what he knows best: comic book movies. And we couldn’t be happier that Matt’s back on the jaw — it just feels… right
Plus, in addition to this absolutely delightful episode, we have a second review to round out the tail end of the show. Ryan has a review of Leviticus – a new queer horror film. How does this movie hold up in an already stellar year for horror? Listen up to find out y’all.
I loved recording this episode guys. And I know you’re all gonna love the listen. And if you promise to listen, I’ll promise to have a more original opening bit for the post on the next Superman franchise blockbuster.
Love,
-KP
