In Chicago, there\u2019s this restaurant that I absolutely love called The Handlebar. It\u2019s this kinda divey vegan\/vegetarian pub that\u2019s bicycle themed which could not be more up my alley. And they have this sandwich that\u2019s a vegan Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich made out of mushrooms instead of chicken. And it\u2019s my actual favorite food of all time. The house coleslaw is the exact right amount of tangy and creamy. And don\u2019t even get me started on that sauce. The wet-dry cayenne kick that stains the bread with the fluorescent red you want from a Nashville. When it hits with the slight kick – not overly hot but enough for you to know it\u2019s there. I love it.<\/p>\n
