This week on CinemaJaw… we are trapped! In honor of a new film review for Green Room we are covering our favorite “Trapped Movies”. Turns out, it’s not so bad to be trapped when you have a cool guest!
Katy is a writer, actor and comedienne living in Los Angeles. She is a co-creator, executive producer, writer and actor on the new TV Land single camera series Teachers. Katy is part of the critically acclaimed comedy group, The Katydids, who created Teachers. Their videos have been featured on such sites as The Huffington Post, MTV, Cosmopolitan, Perez Hilton, College Humor, LaughSpin, and Italy’s Vanity Fair. Katy has performed at Just For Laughs Chicago, The Del Close Marathon, Chicago Improv Festival and TimeOut Chicago called her the “breakout” at the 2013 Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival. She has also appeared in several feature-length and short films including the 2010 Vimeo award winning series, Break-ups, and the TBS Laugh Out Loud Official Selection short, Just Friends. There are certainly less interesting people to be “trapped” with.
